  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon orange zest (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking dish.
  • Mix apples, cranberries, and sugars in a bowl.
  • Pour fruit mixture into the baking dish.

  • Spread the topping over the fruit evenly.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

For gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with almond flour.
Add nuts to the topping for extra crunch.
