Description
These mouthwatering blueberry hand pies are easy to make and bursting with flavor. Made with flaky pie crusts and delicious blueberry filling, they’re the perfect sweet treat for any occasion.

- 1 21 oz can blueberry pie filling
- 1 2 pk refrigerated pie crusts at room temperature
- water for sealing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-3 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
Instructions
- Unroll the pie crusts onto a sheet of parchment paper and cut out 6 circles from each crust using a 3-4 inch cookie cutter.
- Place a large spoonful of blueberry pie filling in the center of 6 pie crust circles.
- Cut small slits in the center of the remaining 6 pie circles using a pairing knife.
- Dampen the edges of the filled pastry circles with water using your fingertip.
- Gently stretch the outer edges of the remaining pie circles and place them over the filled circles.
- Use a fork to crimp the edges of the pie crusts together for a secure seal.
- Place 3-4 hand pies in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with an egg wash. Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Once baked, transfer the hand pies to a serving plate and repeat with the remaining pastries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm hand pies and let set before serving.

Notes
For a golden color, brush the tops with an egg wash before air frying.
Feel free to adjust the amount of glaze based on your sweetness preference.
