- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, semi sweet, optional
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

- Fold in the optional semi-sweet chocolate chips to the batter.
- Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your palms.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated.
- Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, spacing them 1 inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes, or until the tops are cracked and edges are set, allowing for a chewy or cakey texture as preferred.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack, letting them cool on the sheet for best results.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of instant coffee to the dry mix.
Ensure proper spacing on the baking sheet for even cooking and spreading.
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
