Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and lightly greasing it.
- Melt 6 oz of semisweet chocolate and ½ cup of salted butter together until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Mix in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and ¼ teaspoon of sea salt to the wet ingredients, and stir until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
- While the brownies cool, prepare the peanut butter layer. In another bowl, combine ¾ cup of creamy peanut butter, ¼ cup of softened salted butter, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon of sea salt. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and enough milk to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled brownies.
- Melt 1 cup of semisweet chocolate with ½ cup of heavy cream until smooth to create the chocolate ganache.
- Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to set before cutting into squares and serving.

Ensure the brownies are completely cool before adding the peanut butter layer for best texture.
For a richer chocolate flavor, you can add chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
