Description

This chocolate bark features a perfect mix of irresistible flavors with sweet chocolate, chewy cranberries, and crunchy pistachios, making it a fantastic treat for any occasion. Easy to prepare and sure to please!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate (50% to 60%)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/3 cup large coconut flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon chunky sea salt (or smoked sea salt)


Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Chop the pistachios and gather cranberries and coconut flakes.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour melted chocolate onto it, spreading to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Add toppings of cranberries, pistachios, and coconut flakes, pressing them down gently.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and let it set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store chocolate bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
For longer freshness, refrigerate the bark in a sealed container for up to two weeks.
Use a sharp knife to score the chocolate into pieces before breaking for clean edges.
