Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with spray and parchment paper.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in the mashed bananas until combined, then gradually fold in the dry ingredients and chocolate.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle extra chocolate on top, and bake for 55-65 minutes until golden.
- Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
