Ingredients
- Chuck Roll Steak (1.5-2 lbs)
- Small Onion (diced)
- Olive Oil (3 tbsp)
- Garlic (3 tbsp minced)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Pepper (1/2 tsp)
- Paprika (1/2 tsp)
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika; brush over both sides of the steak and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and sear the steak in a hot skillet for 2 minutes on each side.
- Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes, then pour over the steak and wrap in foil.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 200°F (93°C).
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain to serve.
