These crab cakes in air fryer are a delightful option for dinner, made with frozen crab cakes and buttery goodness for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium frozen crab cakes, frozen, used seapack, 8 oz. total
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Place 2-4 frozen crab cakes (4 oz. each) into the basket, adding 1 tbsp of butter on top of each one.
  • Cook at 380 F for 10 minutes, then leave the basket closed for an additional 6 minutes to warm the center.
  • Carefully remove from the basket and drizzle melted butter from the bottom on each crab cake. Enjoy!

Notes

Ensure the crab cakes are evenly placed in the basket for optimal cooking.
For extra crispiness, consider flipping the crab cakes halfway through the cooking time.
