Description
Enjoy these Easy Cheeseburger Sliders On Hawaiian Rolls that combine juicy ground beef, tangy cheese, and sweet rolls. Perfect for a quick dinner or a fun gathering!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 oz pkg sweet hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices cheddar or american cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, and salt. Gently press this mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan, forming an even, large patty. Use a fork to poke holes all over the meat.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. The meat will shrink from the sides and juices will collect around the edges. Once cooked, carefully drain the excess liquid from the pan.
- Top the meat with an even layer of sliced cheese and return to the oven for about 2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Remove and let it rest for a few moments.
- Cut the patty into 2-inch squares to create 12 mini-hamburgers. Serve with dill pickle slices and ketchup.
Notes
The sliders can be customized with different toppings like lettuce, tomato, or your favorite sauces.

You can freeze leftover sliders for a quick meal later.
