Description

This frozen salmon cooks up to mouthwatering perfection with a blend of butter, brown sugar, and citrus flavors. Ideal for a quick dinner without sacrificing taste. Perfect for health-conscious food lovers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 oz salmon, 3-5 oz. fillets that are frozen and not defrosted
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped or dried flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 large lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
  • Place the frozen salmon fillets in the basket without overlapping them.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley together.
  • Brush this mixture over each salmon fillet, then squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of each piece.
  • Close the air fryer basket and cook at 360°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Timing may vary based on the thickness of the fillets.

Notes

Make sure the fillets are not thawed before cooking for the best texture.
Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon pieces to ensure even cooking.
Serve with your choice of sides for a complete meal.
