Description

This Goat Cheese Appetizer is easy to prepare and delivers irresistible flavors with its creamy goat cheese, sweet apricot marmalade, and crunchy pistachios. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in!


Ingredients

  • 10 ounces goat cheese log
  • 1/2 cup orange apricot marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
  • Crostini, bread, or crackers


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Spread 1/3 cup of marmalade in a small baking dish.
  • Place the goat cheese log on top of the marmalade.
