Description

This Green Juice is a delightful blend of fresh fruits and veggies, offering an irresistible flavor and simple preparation. Perfect for a nutritious boost any time of the day!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 medium apples, cut into chunks
  • 3 cups baby spinach leaves (or chopped spinach or baby kale)
  • 2 celery ribs, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • optional: 1/2-inch piece ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Wash the produce thoroughly.
  • In a blender, combine water, apples, spinach, celery, cucumber, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice and blend again until mixed well. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a bowl.
  • Serve the juice in a glass or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
  • For a juicer method, process all produce through a juicer and chill before serving.

Notes

You can substitute baby spinach with chopped kale for a different flavor.
For a sweeter juice, add more apples.
Consume the juice fresh for the best nutritional value.
