Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fire & smoke society burger seasoning
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 4 slices american cheese)
  • 5 to 6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup roasted potato cubes or french fries
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup caramelized onions
  • optional: hot chili peppers (if you like it spicy)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickles, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp caramelized onions
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground beef. Sprinkle with salt, burger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, and black pepper. Mix to combine.
  2. Cook the beef for 8-10 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and crispy in some spots.
  3. Place cheese on top of the cooked beef, reduce heat, and cover the pan to melt the cheese.
  4. Assemble the bowls by layering shredded lettuce, diced potatoes or fries, pickles, hot chili peppers, caramelized onions, and the cheesy ground beef. Drizzle with your sauce of choice.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils or plant-based beef.
Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preference.
