Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kodiak cakes buttermilk power cakes waffle and flapjack mix
  • 1/4 cup flax seed ground
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  • Whisk together the Kodiak mix, flax seeds, brown sugar, and baking powder.
  • Add the milk, egg, vanilla, and vegetable oil. Whisk to combine.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips, then fill each mini muffin cup with batter.
