Description

These Moroccan Chicken Wraps are bursting with flavor thanks to tender chicken marinated in spices and served with creamy hummus. Perfect for quick dinners and healthy meals!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz chicken breast or thigh fillets sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • a handful of lettuce or mixed greens

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into thin strips for even cooking.
  • Mix paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Toss chicken to coat well.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and golden.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce or greens, then add the warm chicken.
  • Roll tortillas tightly into wraps. Optionally, toast in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a crisp finish.
  • Slice in half and serve warm, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Substitute chicken with a plant-based protein for a vegetarian option.
These wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a quick meal.
Add your favorite vegetables for extra crunch and flavor.
