Description

This Peanut Butter Dip combines creamy Greek yogurt with rich peanut butter for an irresistible treat. It’s quick to prepare and pairs wonderfully with fresh apple slices or crunchy snacks, making it an ideal choice for gatherings or quick afternoon bites.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • crushed peanuts, to garnish (optional)
  • green apple slices, to serve (or pretzels, strawberries, pineapple chunks, graham crackers, etc)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and well blended.
  3. Serve the dip with green apple slices or any of your preferred snacks.
  4. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

This dip can be garnished with crushed peanuts for added crunch.
Feel free to experiment with different fruits or snacks for dipping.
For a lighter version, consider using low-fat Greek yogurt.
