Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup of mini dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cubed cheese, sliced pickles, and chopped onion.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk the dressing until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine completely.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve cold.
