Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, large
  • 5 slices bread, cut into bite sized cubes
  • 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the bread cubes, crushed pineapple (with juice), and pineapple chunks.
  5. Season with kosher salt and transfer the mixture to a 12×9 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling and golden brown.

Notes
