Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Chuck Roast (2–2½ pounds)
- Salt (1–1½ teaspoons)
- Black Pepper (¼–½ teaspoon)
- Garlic Powder (¼ teaspoon)
- Onion Powder (¼ teaspoon)
- Beef Broth (1½–2 cups)
- Slider Buns (18)
- Cheese Slices (3–4 slices, optional)
- Butter (1 tablespoon, melted)
- Everything Bagel Seasoning (½ teaspoon, optional)
- Coleslaw (1 cup)
- Barbecue Sauce
- Pickle Chips or Spears
Instructions
- Trim and season the chuck roast, allowing it to rest and season well.
- Brown the beef in olive oil until browned on all sides.
- Add broth and simmer on low for 2½ to 3 hours until tender.
- Shred the beef and return it to the broth to soak up flavors.
- Preheat the oven and prepare the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Assemble sliders with beef and optional cheese, then brush with melted butter.
- Bake until the tops are golden and lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
- Add coleslaw, serve warm with barbecue sauce and pickles.
