- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 (0.87 ounce) envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 cup sliced pepperocinis
- ⅓ cup quick cooking oatmeal
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup pepperoncini juice
- 1 tablespoon worcheshire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Brown and drain the ground beef.
- Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
- Stir the oatmeal into the meat in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, ketchup, worcheshire sauce, brown sugar, pepperoncini juice, and water until combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the slow cooker and add the sliced pepperocinis; stir well.
- Slice the butter and place it on top of the meat mixture.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve the mixture on soft brioche buns.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using a variety of pepperocinis or adding sweet peppers.
Feel free to adjust the amount of brown sugar for a sweeter taste.
