Description

Ingredients

  • Butter (3 tablespoons)
  • All-purpose flour (3 tablespoons)
  • Water (3 cups)
  • Milk (4 cups)
  • Elbow pasta (1 pound)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Ground mustard (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Ground black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Sharp white cheddar cheese (4 cups)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup)
  • Panko breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
  • Paprika (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Olive oil (1/2 tablespoon)


Instructions

  • Melt butter in a pot and stir in flour to form roux.
