Description

Turkey Cranberry Sliders boast a delightful blend of juicy turkey and tangy cranberry sauce, all nestled in soft Hawaiian rolls. Ideal for quick meals or festive gatherings, these sliders offer rich flavors in every bite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces leftover turkey or thick-cut turkey deli meat
  • 4 large slices Gouda, Havarti, Swiss, or Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry relish or sauce
  • 1 package Hawaiian dinner rolls (12 rolls)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds or Everything Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half while keeping them intact.
  • Layer with turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese on the bottom rolls.
  • Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon; brush over top rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until golden.
  • Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Sliders can be made gluten-free with alternative rolls.
For a vegetarian version, replace turkey with roasted veggies or veggie deli slices.
Leftover sliders can be reheated in the oven or microwave easily.
